20世纪60年代中期，弗洛伦斯·马里诺斯把父亲莫里斯·马里诺（1882–1960）的作品捐给了布拉格装饰艺术博物馆等几家世界知名博物馆，以作纪念。马里诺巅峰时期的作品使用各种华丽色料，表面用氢氟酸或金属氧化剂腐蚀，从而使作品外观呈现高级宝石般的效果。

Donated in 1967 by Florence Marinot

The collection of works by Maurice Marinot (1882–1960) was donated to the Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague (and to other prestigious museums around the world) by his daughter in memory of her father in the mid-1960s. The peak of Marinot’s oeuvre are his flacons rendered in a variety of superb colours. Their surfaces are acid-etched with the use of hydrogen fluoride or metal oxides. This treatment endowed the pieces with a precious gemstone effect.
