Liubo, a popular game in the Warring States period and the Han Dynasty, got its name because six chopsticks were used in the game. It was played by two persons, each with six pieces. During the game, chopsticks would be tossed first, and then the pieces would be moved according to the result of the tossing of chopsticks. The goal was to take away all the six pieces from the opponent eventually.
